Thoughts
I had the honour of meeting Arthur when he visited our home with his friend John Bingeman to advise me on a drawing for a historical panel to be placed near Gunwharf Portsea. It was to explain the position of the first military dock. Arthur's interest and enthusiasm shone through with his commitment in service to heritage.
